Board Meetings

The Chamber Board of Directors meets every other month. Members are invited to attend the first 15 minutes of board meetings. Meeting reminders with a Zoom link will be emailed to members prior to meeting dates.

Meetings take place at 5pm at the Community Building, 212 School Street in West Burke unless otherwise noted.

2026 Meeting dates:
Monday, March 9th @5pm
Monday, May 11th @5pm
Monday, July 13th @5pm
Monday, September 14th @5pm

The Annual Meeting of Members will take place on Monday, November 9th –  Time/Location TBD – All members are encouraged to attend. (This is an in-person only meeting. No Zoom link is available for the Annual Meeting.)
