Men's and Women's clinics will be separated by gender and will focus on two different levels per lesson. Skiers and riders will learn to face their fears while progressing their skills on the slopes like embracing the fall line, conquering a variety of moguls, surviving and acing trees, and generally pushing your comfort zone so you confidently can hone and progress your skills.

Nordic Team Ski-a-thon





 This fun event, designed to support the LI Nordic team, divides skiers into squads who take shifts skiing around the track so someone is always in motion. Hiroya Tsukamoto, Fingerstyle Guitarist

 Acclaimed international guitarist, singer and storyteller, Hiroya Tsukamoto will perform at the York Street Meeting House, 153 York Street, Lyndon at 7 pm on Friday, March 13. Tsukamoto will fuses folk, jazz, and world music with a blazingly-fast “fingerstyle” technique. Born and raised in Japan, he came to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music. “There were times it sounded as if there were two or three guitars playing simultaneously” wrote Trevor Lewis of the Rochester City News.

 

Tsukamoto has headlined concerts throughout the U.S. as well as internationally including appearances at New York City’s Blue Note and on Japanese National Television. In 2018, Hiroya won 2nd place in the International Finger Style Guitar Championship in Winfield, Kansas.

Annual Ian Muller Rail Jam





 Join Burke Mountain, Northern Vermont University (NVU) and the NEK Veterans' Summit in honoring the life and legacy of Cpl. Ian Muller, former LSC student, Burke ski instructor, and beloved NEK community member. On Saturday, March 14th, we're proud to host a daylong silent auction and rail jam, all to benefit the Ian Muller Scholarship Fund. Competition starts at 2pm, awards at 5pm in the Burke Base Lodge.

Group Conditioning Classes





9am and 5:30pm classes. Group conditioning classes are designed with the time frugal and health conscious individual in mind. These classes will begin with a comprehensive warm-up followed by strength, power, conditioning, agility or flexibility. The program implemented will
be designed with the needs of group in mind not the individual. As the group grows and develops so will the program.

Lunch Break Bootcamp

Bootcamp is an 8-week, large group training of about 14 individuals who all have the same relative goals. The programs are not individualized, but consist of intense and challenging cardiovascular, strength, metabolic, and mobility/flexibility training to help improve overall health and increase performance in everyday life. Bootcamp meets Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6pm

**Bootcamp Sessions Will not be held on Thanksgiving or the Day After, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or the Day after, New Years Eve or New Years Day**
