A Full Day of Holiday Celebrations in Burke!

Santa’s coming to West Burke in the morning and he’s got presents for the kids! Stop by to meet him and go for a horse-drawn wagon ride. There will be cookies and cider for all to enjoy. Folks from the West Burke Church will be there with fun stuff for the kids to do while they wait to meet Santa. The event is free, but if you can, please bring non-perishable food(s) to be donated to our local food shelf. 

Later in the day, join us on the green in East Burke Village as we gather to light up the display of Christmas Trees. Each tree was ‘adopted’ and decorated by a local school, business or family. The Burke Chamber will choose five winning trees. The winners will each get a check for $100 made out to a charity of their choice. Inside the library, the Burke Mountain Club will host their annual Holiday Party with food, hot cocoa and more.
