Four Seasons of Adventure

If getting outdoors is your ‘thing’, then you need to come to Burke, Vermont! Every season is filled with recreational activities for all ages and all paces. Summer is prime time for mountain biking, gravel riding, hiking, visits to nearby lakes and fun in the sun. Fishing & hunting are also popular traditions in the area.

Winters are snowy in these parts and the more, the better. Burke offers excellent alpine and Nordic skiing as well as fat-biking trails. A network of snowmobile trails is groomed by local clubs and volunteers for all to enjoy.   For more extreme ventures, the cliffs of Mt. Pisgah above nearby Lake Willoughby are well-known to the ice climbing community.
