Medicinal Gardening Workshop
Medicinal Gardening Workshops, Summer 2026 with Erin Narey: Grow your own medicine this year! Each monthly hands-on workshop will discuss medicinal uses of common garden plants and local “weeds;” a demonstration (and sample) of an herbal preparation (i.e. teas, tinctures, oils, salves); and the opportunity to make your own herbal formula(s) to take home. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea while learning about plant medicine and handcrafting your own botanical blends! Take one workshop or several, no experience necessary.
Aug 19: Herbal Harvests for Winter Wellness Cold & Flu season starts with back-to-school; now’s the time to stock your remedies! Culinary herbs are potent medicines—that’s why they’ve been kitchen staples for hundreds, even thousands, of years. Learn about the medicinal uses of culinary aromatics and other plants you may already have in your garden, your wild lands, and your kitchen cupboards.
