The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, half bath with washer & dryer, and a large dining / living area The living room features a sleeper sofa, and upstairs you will find two large bedrooms, one with a twin and a full bed and the other with a queen bed. There is also a shared bath upstairs.
The unit is nicely furnished and is accessed via a private entrance above our real estate office so you will have plenty of privacy during the day and complete privacy for a quiet night's sleep. High-speed cable Wi-fi & TV with a Smart TV is available. Your Netflix, Hulu and Roku will work very well here. Summer/Winter Seasonal rentals only. $200 cleaning fee will be added. Available nightly Rented for 2021/2022 Winter Season. Available April 15, 2022 for summer season.
