Caledonia Cottage
The Caledonia Cottage is a charming three bedroom farmhouse on a quiet street, just minutes away from Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, and VAST trails. The cottage is easily accessible, the rooms are tidy, comfortable, cozy and well furnished. Five queen beds, WIFI, washer, dryer, dishwasher, barn for bike storage or ski tuning.
The space
KITCHEN -Newly remodeled with stainless appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, farmhouse table.
BEDROOMS -Upstairs has two bedrooms, each containing two queen beds. Downstairs bedroom has one queen bed.
BATHROOMS -Full bathroom with shower on second floor, full bathroom with shower and tub on first floor.
OUTDOOR - Patio with table and chairs, gas grill, and apple trees. Circular driveway and plenty of parking for easy trailer accessibility.
BARN - Fully enclosed storage for bikes or skis. Workbench is great for bike maintenance or ski tuning. Also, ping pong table!
